      介绍720×320航空轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 687 mm,断面宽 297 mm,胎圈着合直径 246.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 291 mm,断面水平轴位置 (H1/H2) 0.48,花纹沟数量 8条,花纹深度由外至内分别为2,2.5,3.5,3.5 mm。施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,胎体采用8层1400dtex/2V1锦纶66浸胶帘布和2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶66浸胶帘布,胎圈采用双钢丝圈结构,钢丝圈采用Φ1.0 mm回火胎圈钢丝,采用半芯轮式成型机成型、胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能、质量、爆破压力和动态性能等均满足设计和用户要求。

      The design on 720×320 aircraft tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 687 mm,cross-sectional width 297 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 246.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 291 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.48,number of pattern grooves 8,and pattern depths from outside to inside 2,2.5,3.5 and 3.5 mm.In construction design,the following processes were taken:one formula and one piece construction for tread,8 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 nylon 66 cord for carcass,double steel ring structure for bead,Φ1.0 mm tempered steel for bead wire,and using semi-core building machine to build tire and bladder press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,physical properties,tire weight,burst pressure and dynamic properties reached the design requirements and customer requirements.
