      介绍基于三维设计软件CATIA的12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的施工设计。利用CATIA软件进行轮胎花纹绘制和三维造型,求解出轮胎半成品的结构和尺寸,对成型工艺进行设计和控制。利用本方法进行轮胎施工设计具有明显优势,材料分布情况更接近实际,尺寸更准确;施工设计更合理,轮胎合格率和工艺稳定性提高;设计周期缩短,试制次数减少,开发成本降低。
英文摘要:
      The construction design of 12R22.5 truck and bus radial tire based on three-dimensional design software CATIA was introduced.The structure and size of semi-finished tire was obtained by using CATIA software to draw the pattern and design the three-dimensional modeling of tire,and the forming process was designed and controlled.The tire construction design using this method had obvious advantages,the material distribution was closer to reality,the size was more accurate,the construction design was more reasonable,the qualification rate of tire and process stability were improved,the design cycle was shortened,the number of trial production was reduced,and the development cost was reduced.
