中文摘要:
      采用Abaqus有限元软件对比分析2种胶料硬度内胎的应力分布情况。结果表明:在距离气门嘴胶垫边缘13~23 mm的位置及胶垫边缘与内胎接触部位应力大,易产生撕裂和脱层破坏;内胎硬度越小,内胎的应力峰值和气门嘴胶垫边缘的应力均值越小。
英文摘要:
      Apaqus was used Abaqus finite element software was used to compare and analyze the stress distribution of two kinds of compound hardness inner tubes.The results showed that the position of 13~23 mm away from the edge of valve gasket and the contact position between the gasket edge and the inner tube had great stress,which was prone to tear and delamination damage.The lower the hardness of the inner tube was,the lower the stress peak value of the inner tube and the mean stress at the valve gasket edge was.
