中文摘要:
      研究纳米氧化锌在全钢子午线轮胎带束层胶中的应用。结果表明:在全钢子午线轮胎带束层胶配方中,使用一定量的纳米氧化锌减量替代普通氧化锌,不仅可以改善胶料的强力,提高胶料的耐老化性能,而且可以提高胶料的粘合性能,降低生热;使用2份纳米氧化锌替代5.5份普通氧化锌时效果最佳。
英文摘要:
      The application of nano zinc oxide in belt ply compound of all steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that,in the formula of belt ply compound of all steel radial tire,using a certain amount of nano zinc oxide instead of common zinc oxide by reduction could improve the strength of the compound,increase the aging resistance of the compound,improve the adhesive property of the compound and reduce the heat build-up.Using 2 phr nano zinc oxide instead of 5.5 phr common zinc oxide,the effect was the best.
