      研究不同混炼工艺[正常工艺、母胶工艺1(分别制成炭黑、白炭黑母胶)、母胶工艺2(分别制成炭黑、白炭黑母胶且白炭黑母胶进行热处理)]对炭黑/白炭黑补强天然橡胶/异戊橡胶/顺丁橡胶并用胶加工性能的影响。结果表明:采用母胶工艺会略微缩短正硫化时间,降低门尼粘度;停放30 d后,母胶工艺1胶料的门尼粘度、结合胶含量及Payne效应均明显小于其他两种混炼工艺胶料,且挤出加工性能较好;透射电子显微镜观察表明,母胶工艺2胶料白炭黑初始分散 较好。
英文摘要:
      The effects of different mixing process[common mixing process,masterbatch mixing process 1(the carbon black and silica masterbatch were prepared separately from each other),masterbatch mixing process 2(the same like masterbatch mixing process 1,but the heat treatment of silica masterbatch should be necessary)] on processing properties of NR/IR/BR blend filled with carbon black and silica were investigated. The results showed that,the Mooney viscosity and optimum cure time of compounds decreased slightly by using masterbatch mixing processing.30 days later,the Mooney viscosity,bound rubber content and Payne effect of compounds which mixed by masterbatch mixing process 1 were lower than the others,and it showed excellent extrusion processing performance.TEM test showed that,silica was dispersed well in the compound which mixed by masterbatch mixing process 2.
