| 介绍轻量化12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 071 mm，断面宽 288 mm，行驶面宽度 210 mm，行驶面弧度高 6 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 228 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.882，胎面花纹为4条直线花纹沟，花纹深度 14 mm，花纹饱和度 80%，花纹周节数 55。施工设计：采用双复合挤出胎面，3＋0°带束层结构，1#和2#带束层采用4＋3×0.35ST钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线，胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线，采用一次法胶囊成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能满足国家标准及相应设计要求。 |

| The design on lightweight 12R22.5 truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 071 mm，cross-sectional width 288 mm，width of running surface 210 mm，arc height of running surface 6 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 228 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H1/H2） 0.882，using four linear pattern grooves，pattern depth 14 mm，block/total ratio 80%，and number of pattern pitches 55.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：using coextruded tread and 3＋0° belt structure，4＋3×0.35ST steel cord for 1# and 2# belt，5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt，3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass，using one-stage bladder building machine to build tire，and hot plate curing press to cure tire．It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，endurance and high speed perfromance met the requirements of the design and relative standards. |
