      借鉴国外某品牌巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胎圈胶配方设计特点,对现有胎圈胶配方进行优化。结果表明:与改进前胶料相比,改进后胶料的硬度、定伸应力和回弹值增大,压缩生热和损耗因子降低,耐磨和耐疲劳性能提高;成品轮胎胎圈胶性能达到设计目标值,胎圈起始裂口时间延长,有效提高了巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胎圈耐久性能。
英文摘要:
      The present disclosure relates to the exploration of jumbo OTR chafer compound for jumbo OTR according to the target identified by the physical and chemical analysis data of the products of competitor. The old and new compound were compared by the drum endurance test and the bead cracking was improved from 96 hours to more than 308 hours. The field test indicated that tire bead cracking of the tire enhanced from 2200hours to 4500 hours.
