分析全钢载重子午线轮胎硫化胶囊裂口的产生原因,并提出相应改进措施。硫化胶囊裂口方式主要包括啃伤、颈部裂口、上夹盘排气槽位置裂口、外表面中缝脱层裂口、表面胎侧部位脱层裂口和内表面脱层裂口,分别从定位套设置、夹具装配、排气槽尺寸设计、胶料混炼工艺条件控制等硫化胶囊使用和制造方面进行改进。整改后硫化胶囊平均使用寿命延长15%。 |
