      对国外知名品牌27.00R49超大型工程机械子午线轮胎基部胶进行物理性能及化学组分分析,确定所开发基部胶配方目标值并按此目标值完成配方初期开发,后续通过低温硫化工艺优化,使得所开发基部胶配方达到预期项目目标值,采用该配方生产的轮胎TKPH数值达到相同规格竞品的95%以上。
英文摘要:
      The tread base compound was developed to have similar properties of the tread base compound of 27.00R49 giant off-the-road radial tire produced by well-known foreign tire manufacturer. The new tread base was cured by optimized low-temperature vulcanization process.The TKPH value of the tire with a new tread base was better than that of 95% of similar competitor’s products.
