| 研究高性能短纤维在工程机械轮胎胎面胶和基部胶中的应用。结果表明，使用高性能短纤维后，胶料的炭黑分散性提高，门尼粘度明显降低，硫化速度有所加快，拉伸性能变化不大，耐磨性能、抗撕裂性能和耐老化性能有所提高，生热降低，高性能短纤维用量为6份时胶料的综合物理性能比较理想。 |

| The application of high performance short fiber in the formula of tread and base compound of off-the-road tire was investigated. The results showed that，by using high performance short fiber，the dispersion of carbon black in the compound was improved，Mooney viscosity decreased，curing rate accelerated，tensile property changed little，wear resistance，tear resistance and aging resistance were improved，and heat build-up decreased. When the addition level of high performance short fiber was 6 phr，
the comprehensive physical properties of the compound were better. |
