      分析动力站HPK-Y型热水循环泵的应用情况。针对水泵最常见的机械密封泄漏和汽蚀问题,重点从端面比压和摩擦副材料分析,提出热水泵弹簧材料选择硬化高镍不锈钢1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti代替原碳素弹簧钢65Mn或60Si2Mn及摩擦副采用1Cr13堆焊钴铬钨硬质合金与碳化硅配对的解决办法;从水泵汽蚀条件分析水泵运行特性,并通过实例分析,提出及时检查更换硫化罐嘴子垫和检修硫化管路,同时在过热水硫化循环回水管路上加装自动调压装置的解决措施。对HPK-Y型热水泵生产使用具有实际指导意义。

      HPK-Y80-400 single-stage centrifugal pump type hot water for the power station system high-temperature, high-pressure hot water pressure cycle is to provide key equipment for engineering tire curing conditions. Most common problem is leakage of mechanical seal of pump and cavitation, proceed from the phenomena of mechanical seal failure, focusing on surface pressure and analysis of friction materials, solutions obtained from pump cavitation conditions of pump operating characteristics, and discussed through examples, the HPK-Y type heat pump production is of practical significance.
