| 介绍195/85R16LT全钢丝轻型载重公制子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径735mm,断面宽199mm,行驶面宽度154mm,行驶面弧高6.5mm,胎圈着合直径404mm,胎圈着合宽度152.4mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.0307,花纹深度10.5mm,花纹饱和度78%,花纹周节数56,采用直线型花纹设计。施工设计：胎体采用3+9*0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3*0.2+6*0.35HT钢丝帘线, 3#带束层采用3*4*0.22HE钢丝帘线；采用两鼓一次法成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和强度性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求,耐久性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 195/85R16LT Light truck tyres-metric radial tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 735mm, cross-sectional width 199mm, width of running surface 154mm,height of running surface 6.5mm,bead diameter at rim seat 404mm,bead width at rim seat 152.4mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2)1.0307,pattern depth 10.5mm,block/groove ratio 78%,pattern circular pitch 56,with the design of linear pattern.In construction design ,the following processes were taken:3+9*0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply, 3*0.22+6*0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply, 3*4*0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt ply,3*7*0.20HE;using single stage two-drum building machine to build tires,and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard,and the endurance performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
