      研究白炭黑替代炭黑、溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)替代乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)在轿车轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:用白炭黑替代炭黑,胶料的门尼粘度增大,焦烧时间和正硫化时间延长,硫化速率减慢;用SSBR替代ESBR,炭黑体系胶料与白炭黑体系胶料的硫化特性变化完全不同,SSBR更适用于白炭黑体系;用白炭黑替代炭黑,胶料的强伸性能、抗撕裂性能和耐疲劳性能显著提高,生热明显降低,SSBR/白炭黑胶料综合性能优于ESBR/白炭黑胶料;用白炭黑替代炭黑,胶料老化前后的H抽出力差异不大,但是抽出帘线表面附胶量明显不同。
英文摘要:
      In this study,silica and solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR)were applied in the carcass compound of passenger car tire to replace carbon black and emulsion polymerized butadiene styrene rubber(ESBR),respectively.The results showed that,by using silica instead of carbon black,the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased,the scorch time and optimal curing time extended,and the vulcanization speed decreased.By using SSBR instead of ESBR,the vulcanization characteristics of carbon black filled compound and silica filled compound were completely different.Silica was more suitable for SSBR compound.Compared with carbon black filled SSBR compound,the tensile properties,tear resistance and fatigue resistance of silica filled SSBR compound were significantly better,and the heat build-up was lower.The overall performance of SSBR/silica compound was better than that of ESBR/silica compound. The difference of H pull-out force before or after aging between silica compound and carbon black compound was little,but the dip pick-up of the cord was quite different.
