介绍10.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的轻量化设计。结构设计:外直径 1 046 mm,断面宽 270 mm,行驶面宽度 215 mm,行驶面弧高度 7.9 mm,胎圈着合直径 511 mm,胎圈着合宽度 203 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.034,花纹深度 20.5 mm,花纹饱和度 62.98%,花纹周节数 53。施工设计:胎面由胎面胶、基部胶和过渡胶片组成,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线,采用三鼓成型机成型、热板硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到设计和相关标准要求。 |

The design on lightweight 10.00R20 18PR all-steel truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?1 046 mm,cross-sectional width?270 mm,width of running surface 215 mm,arc height of running surface 7.9 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?511 mm,bead width at rim seat?203 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)?1.034,pattern depth?20.5 mm,block/total ratio?62.98%,and number of pattern pitches?53.In construction design,the following processes were taken:tread consisting of tread compound,tread slab base and transition strip,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT steel cord for carcass,using three-drum building machine to build tire and hot plate press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurence and high speed performance met the requirements of the design and corresponding standards. |
