| in order to solve the quality problem of separated cutting belt layer with big left or right width deviation in our company’s all steel heavy truck radial tyre separated cutting machine, on the basis of adjusting BST rectifying parameters and matching speed in the separated cutting machine, through increased centering roller adjustment device before separated cutter ,ensure consistency of points about belt layer left or right width after separated cutting , improve the cutting precision of the tyre belt layer and the quality of tyre inner. |
