从生胶、补强剂、防老剂种类及用量等方面,对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面进行超耐磨性能配方优化设计,通过小配合试验、大配合试验和试制成品胎,对优化配方进行了全面的性能测试,测试结果表明:采用优化后的胎面配方试验胎的耐磨耗性能、高速性能和耐久性均优于原对比轮胎的,该优化配方已进入试生产阶段。 |
