      介绍MUD WBRIOR花纹系列子午线轮胎的结构设计,外直径755mm,断面宽度275mm,行驶面宽度225mm,行驶面弧高度8.6mm,胎圈着合直径457mm,胎圈着合宽度240mm,断面水平轴位置0.8688;胎面花纹为长型花纹与短型花纹交替的变节距花纹,花纹深度 13mm,花纹饱和度69.58%。施工设计:胎面采用全分层设计,胎侧采用五复合结构,1#、2#带束层均采用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用斜六角形结构;成型采用荷兰VMI一次法成型机,硫化采用韩国东和液压硫化机,氮气硫化工艺。成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能达到国家标准要求。

      Introduces the structural design of MUD WBRIOR series radial tires: Outer diameter 755mm, section width 275mm, running surface width 225mm, running surface arc height 8.6mm, bead diameter 457mm, with a bead width 240mm, the horizontal axis position 0.8688; tread pattern for the long pattern and short type Pattern of variable pitch pitch pattern, pattern depth of 13mm, pattern saturation of 69.58%. Construction design: tread with full delamination design, the sidewall with five composite structure, 1 #, 2 # belt are used 3 × 0.30HT steel cord, wire ring with oblique hexagonal structure; forming a Dutch VMI method Forming machine, vulcanization using South Korea East and hydraulic curing machine, nitrogen curing process.Finished tire size of the outer edge, strength, performance and durability to meet national standards.
