| 介绍12.00R24全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 212 mm，断面宽 304 mm，行驶面宽度 216 mm，行驶面弧度高 7.6 mm，胎圈着合直径 613 mm，胎圈着合宽度 216 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.09，胎面采用纵向花纹设计，花纹深度 16.3 mm，花纹饱和度 78％，花纹周节数 65。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，带束层采用3层带束层＋0°带束层结构，1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线，胎体采用3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15NT钢丝帘线，钢丝圈采用Φ1.55 mm高强度胎圈钢丝，采用一次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明：成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准要求。 |

| The design on 12.00R24 all steel truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?1 212 mm，cross-sectional width?304 mm，width of running surface 216 mm，arc height of running surface 7.6 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?613 mm，bead width at rim seat?216 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H1/H2）?1.09，using longitudinal pattern design，pattern depth?16.3 mm，block/total ratio?48%，number of pattern pitches?65.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formular and four-piece for tread，three layers belts and two layers 0° belts，3×0.20＋6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt，5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt，3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15NT steel cord for carcass，Φ1.55 mm high strength bead wire steel，using one stage building machine to build tire and hot plate curing press to cure tire．It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance and endurance performance reached the requirements of national standards. |
