      以酰亚胺类、脒类和铵盐类为溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)硫化体系,通过热失重分析法筛选适合于BIIR的高温硫化体系,并利用BIIR胶料的硫化特性和物理性能等对所筛选的硫化体系进行判定。结果表明,N,N′-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺、N,N′-(4,4′-亚甲基二苯基)双马来酰亚胺和磷酸氢二铵均适合用作BIIR的高温硫化剂。
英文摘要:
      Using imide,amidine and ammonium salt as the vulcanization agents of brominated isobutylene isoprene rubber (BIIR),the suitable vulcanization system for BIIR at high temperature was determined by thermo gravimetric (TG) analysis method,and the curing behavior and physical property of the compound were evaluated.The results showed that,N,N- m-phenylene dimaleimide, N, N-(4,4- methylenediphenyl) dimaleimide and diammonium phosphate were suitable for BIIR curing at high temperature.
