      介绍E200-15 18PR SM10单轨列车水平轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 720 mm,断面宽 198 mm,行驶面宽度 144 mm,行驶面弧度高 0 mm,胎圈着合直径 387 mm,胎圈着合宽度 165 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.881 4,胎面采用光面花纹。施工设计:胎面采用三方一块结构,胎体采用12层高强度1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布,采用胶囊反包成型机成型、B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of E200-15 18PR SM10 monorail train tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 720 mm,cross-sectional width 198 mm,width of running surface 144 mm,arc height of running surface 0 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 387 mm,bead width at rim seat 165 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.881 4,and using smooth tread pattern.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and one-piece extruded tread,12 layers of high strength 1400dtex/2 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply,and 2 layers of 930dtex/3V3 nylon 6 dipped cord for breaker ply.The tire was built using bladder turn-up building machine and cured on type B bladder curing press. It was confirmed by the test of the finished tires that,the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in design and national standard.
