| 介绍20.0/70-20 12PR青贮机轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径 1 120 mm，轮胎断面宽 508 mm，行驶面宽度 428 mm，行驶面弧度高 32 mm，胎圈着合直径 511 mm，胎圈着合宽度 457 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.696 4，花纹深度 35 mm，花纹饱和度 36.75%，花纹周节数 20，采用混合花纹设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V1和2层1400dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用1层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布；采用半芯轮式成型机成型，双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求，帘线性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 20.0/70-20 12PR tire for silage machine was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 120 mm，cross sectional width 508 mm，width of running surface 428 mm，height of running surface 32 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 511 mm，bead width at rim seat 457 mm，maximum width position of cross section （H1/H2） 0.696 4，mixed pattern design，pattern depth 35 mm，block/total ratio 36.75%，and total number of pitches 20.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：three formula and four piece extruded tread，4 layers of 1400dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，1 layer of 930dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply；using semi flat building machine to build tires，and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative design and national standard，and the cord property met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
