| 介绍335/80R20 NHS无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 040 mm,断面宽 336 mm，行驶面宽度 278 mm,行驶面弧度高 10.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 512 mm,胎圈着合宽度 254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.000，采用横向主花纹沟设计，花纹饱和度 71.63%，花纹深度 21.5 mm，花纹周节数 26。施工设计：采用复合胎面设计，1#和#带束层采用＋8×0.33ST钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线，胎体采用3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15钢丝帘线，采用两鼓一次法成型机成型、B型双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相关标准要求。 |

| The design of 335/80R20 NHS tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 040 mm,cross-sectional width 336 mm,width of running surface 278 mm,arc height of running surface 10.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 512 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 1.000,tread patterns with transverse grooves，block/total ratio 71.63%，pattern depth 21.5 mm,total number of pitches 26.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:complex tread structure,3＋8×0.33ST steel cord for 1#and 2# belt，5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15 steel cord for carcass ply；and using two-drum single stage building machine to build tires and B-type curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that，the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of corresponding standards. |
