      以60系列不同断面宽的轿车轮胎为研究对象,利用有限元方法研究轮胎外轮廓设计参数胎面第1段弧半径(R1)、第2段弧半径(R2)和胎冠弧度高(h)对轮胎接地印痕的影响。结果表明,R1值取约为断面宽的3倍为佳,R2h取值越大,轮胎的接地印痕越好,但h的取值最好为8或8.5 mm。该研究可为轿车轮胎接地印痕优化提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Taking 60 series passenger car tire with different section width as study object,the influence of tire contour design parameters including R1 (radius of the first arc of tire tread),R2 (radius of the second arc) and h (arc height of the tire crown) on the tire footprint was investigated by finite element analysis method.The results showed that,the bigger the R2 and h values were,the better the tire footprint was.The optimum R1 was approximately 3 times of the section width,and the preferred h value was 8 or 8.5 mm.This study could provide a reference for the optimization of passenger car tire footprints.
