      介绍385/55R22.5 20PR超低断面无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 992 mm,断面宽 390 mm,行驶面宽度 320 mm,行驶面弧度高 10 mm,胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 324 mm,断面水平轴位置( H1/ H2) 0.97,花纹深度 15 mm,花纹周节数 66,花纹饱和度 23.8%,采用4条纵向花纹沟设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用1+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,速度性能符合企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 385/55R22.5 20PR super low profile tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 992 mm,cross-sectional width 390 mm,width of running surface 320 mm,height of running surface 10 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 324 mm,cross-sectional level ratio ( H1/ H2) 0.97,pattern depth 15 mm,pattern circular pitch 66,block/groove ratio 23.8%,with the design of 4 longitudinal pattern grooves.In construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-piece extruded tread,1+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# belt ply,3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for 2# belt ply,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt ply,and 3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply;using single stage building machine to build tires,and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements in the corresponding design and national standard,and the speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard.
