电子辐照预硫化技术正逐渐受到国内轮胎行业及橡胶工业的认可和重视。通过电子辐照轮胎半成品部件,可有效改善橡胶性能,使其强度明显提高,以保持轮胎半成品部件形状和尺寸稳定性,在成型和硫化过程中可使胶料受力均匀、膨胀一致。应用电子辐照预硫化后,半成品厚度可减薄,从而减小材料用量和轮胎质量,达到降低滚动阻力、节约油耗和减少污染气体排放、改善环境的目的。 |

Electronic radiation prevulcanization technology was increasingly recognized and valued by the domestic tire industry and rubber industry.By electronic radiation, the properties of the semi-products of tire could be improved,the strength increased,and the shape and dimension stability were improved.Therefore,during the tire building and curing processes,the compound of semi-products could be loaded and expanded uniformly.With the electronic radiation prevulcanization technology,the semi-products could be thinned,and the amount of material and tire weight were reduced,resulting in lower tire rolling resistance and fuel consumption,less pollution gas emission and better environment protection. |
