以异戊二烯为单体,以新癸酸钕(Nd)、二异丁基氢化铝、氯化二乙基铝三元络合物为催化剂合成聚异戊二烯橡胶(Nd-IR),并分别与进口和国产钛系聚异戊二烯橡胶(Ti-IR)进行性能对比研究。结果表明:Nd-IR的顺式1,4-结构质量分数和硫化胶的物理性能均与Ti-IR相当;Nd-IR用于轮胎胎面胶具有较好的抗湿滑性能和较低的滚动阻力,且适用于冬季轮胎胎面胶。 |

Rare earth neodymium polyisoprene rubber(Nd-IR) was prepared by using isoprene as monomer,and ternary complex of neodymium neodecanoate,diisobutyl aluminum hydride and diethyla-luminum chloride as catalyst.The properties of Nd-IR,imported and domestic rare earth titanium polyisoprene rubber(Ti-IR) were comparatively investigated.The results showed that,the mass fraction of cis 1,4 units of Nd-IR and physical properties of Nd-IR vulcanizate were similar to Ti-IR.The tire tread compound with Nd-IR possessed better wet skid resistance and lower rolling resistance,and thus it could be applied in winter tire tread. |
