      介绍395/85R20 14PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径 1 178 mm,轮胎断面宽 386 mm,行驶面宽度 328 mm,行驶面弧度高 16.76 mm,胎圈着合直径 512.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 279.4 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.040,花纹深度 25.3 mm,花纹饱和度 55%,采用无向块状花纹设计。施工设计:胎体采用3+9+15×0.175W HT钢丝帘线,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30钢丝帘线;采用两鼓一次法成型机成型,B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎物理性能、充气外缘尺寸、气密性能、静负荷性能、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合相应设计和标准要求,室外装车试验结果符合技术要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 395/85R20 14PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 178 mm,cross-sectional width 386 mm,width of running surface 328 mm,arc height of running surface 16.76 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 512.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 279.4 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 1.040,pattern depth 25.3 mm,block/groove ratio 55%,with the design of undirected block pattern.In construction design,the following processes were taken:3+9+15×0.175W HT steel cord for carcass ply,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# belt ply,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 2# and 3# belt ply,5×0.30 steel cord for 4# belt ply;using two-drum single stage building machine to build tires,and B-type capsule curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the physical property,inflated peripheral dimension,air tightness,static load performance,strength performance,endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements in the relative design and standard,and the results of outdoor loading test met the technical requirements.
