      根据轮胎花纹的发声机理,运用TNS/ODS噪声分析软件对185/55R14 S-1200轿车轮胎花纹噪声的影响因素进行分析。综合模糊评判结果和M标准曲线目标函数分析表明:轮胎花纹沟与行驶方向的角度越小,噪声越低;花纹沟的宽度减小,轮胎整体花纹噪声降低;顺向花纹沟的噪声低于逆向花纹沟的噪声。
英文摘要:
      Based on sounding mechanism of tread pattern,by using TNS/ODS noise analysis software,the factors influencing the tread pattern noise of 185/55R14 S-1200 passenger car tire were analyzed.The results of comprehensive fuzzy evaluation and objective function of M curve showed that,the tire noise was lower when the angle between the groove direction and travel direction was smaller,or the groove width was smaller;and the noise of forward tread pattern was lower than that of reverse pattern.
