| 介绍B78-13无内胎公路型特种载重轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 600 mm，断面宽 154 mm，行驶面宽度 124 mm，行驶面弧度高 8 mm，胎圈着合直径 328 mm，胎圈着合宽度 127 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.837 8，采用曲折花纹设计，花纹深度 8 mm，花纹饱和度 76.8%，花纹周节数 50。施工设计：胎面采用两方三块结构；胎体采用2层高强度1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用1层930dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布；采用一次法反包成型机成型，双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| A design of B78-13 special tubeless truck tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 600 mm，cross-sectional width 154 mm，width of running surface 124 mm，height of running surface 8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 328 mm，bead width at rim seat 127 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 0.837 8，with the design of zigzag pattern，pattern depth 8 mm，block/groove ratio 76.8%，pattern circular pitch 50.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and three-piece extruded tread，2 layers 1400dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，1 layer 930dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 66 cord for breaker ply；using single stage building machine to build tires，and using double mold curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance，endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard. |
