      通过分析全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈损坏的原因,提出3个改善胎圈耐久性能的解决方案,并进行力学分析和轮胎损坏预测。对各胎圈加强方案的试制和试验证明,加强方案有效,可减少轮胎胎圈早期损坏的发生,提高全钢载重子午线轮胎的耐超载性能。
英文摘要:
      By analyzing causes of damage in TBR tire bead,three solutions to improve endurance performance of bead were provided,and mechanical analysis and damage prediction were carried out.Tires of all solutions to enhance TBR tire bead were trial-produced,and the test results proved that the strengthening solutions were effective,cases of early damage in beads were reduced and overload resistance performance of TBR tire bead was improved.
