The upper bead filler of TBR tire was optimized.The results showed that,by using 30 phr BR to partly replace NR by equal weight,and increasing addition level of accelerator NS properly,the processing safety of compound improved,flexing resistance increased,heat build up was lowered,and tensile properties decreased little.The performance of finished tire met the requirements of national standards,and the production cost was reduced. |
