| 介绍315/60R22.5低断面无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 948 mm，断面宽 318 mm，行驶面宽度 272 mm，行驶面弧度高 8.4 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 260 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.97，花纹深度 15 mm，花纹周节数 60，花纹饱和度 24.3%，采用4条纵向花纹沟设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层采用3×0.2＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；采用一次法成型机成型，蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。 |

| A design of 315/60R22.5 low profile tubeless TBR tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 948 mm，cross-sectional width318 mm，width of running surface 272 mm，height of running surface 8.4 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 260 mm，cross-sectional level ratio （H1/H2） 0.97，pattern depth 15 mm，pattern circular pitch 60，block/groove ratio 24.3%，with the design of 4 longitudinal pattern grooves.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece extruded tread，3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15 steel cord for carcass ply，3×0.2＋6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply，5×030HI steel cord for 3# belt ply，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply；using single stage building machine to build tires，and using steamed curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength perfor-mance，endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of relative design and standard. |
