| The principle of nitrogen curing and nitrogen curing technology for TBR tire were introduced.Problems such as nitrogen leakage and large temperature difference between upper and lower curing bladders were analyzed and their countermeasures were proposed.After modification，the average rate of nitrogen leakage was 0.02 MPa·min-1，and the temperature difference decreased from nearly 30 ℃ to 8.4 ℃.The modification effect was significant. |
