      试验研究微型车轮胎胎面胶配方。结果表明:通过采用全SR的生胶体系对胎面胶配方进行改进,可提高硫化胶的耐磨性能,成品轮胎的高速性能和耐久性能满足国家标准要求;其中生胶体系采用SBR1712E/BR9000并用的配方胶料综合性能较优,可降低原材料成本。
英文摘要:
      The tread compound formulation of minicar tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,by using whole SR and optimizing the compound formulation,the abrasion resistance of vulcanizate was improved,and the speed performance and endurance of finished tire met the requirements in the national standard;by using SBR1712E/BR9000 blend,the comprehensive properties of compound were better,and the material cost was reduced.
