| 对跑气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶配方进行优化设计。试验结果表明：在胎侧支撑胶配方中采用补强树脂部分替代炭黑，并加入适量促进剂HMT，得到优化配方为：NR/BR 70/30，炭黑N375 50，氧化锌 5，硬脂酸 2，补强树脂SP6701 6，防老剂4020/RD 3，硫黄 3，促进剂HMT 0.6，其他 5.7。采用优化配方的硫化胶弹性和耐屈挠性能较好，生热较低，工艺性能良好，成品轮胎零气压下的耐久性能超过了设计要求。 |

| The formula design of side-reinforcing compound for run-flat tire was optimized，in which carbon black was partly replaced by reinforcing resin and addition level of accelerator HMT was adjusted.The optimized formula was as follows：NR/BR 70/30，carbon black N375 50，zinc oxide 5，stearic acid 2，reinforcing resin SP6701 6，antioxidant 4020/RD 3，sulfur 3，accelerator HMT 0.6，other components 5 .7.The elasticity and flexing resistance of the optimized vulcanizate were improved，the heat build-up was lower，the processibility was good，and the endurance of finished tire under zero pressure exceeded the design specification. |
