| A design of 7.50-16 8PR PR 1 agriculture tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 808 mm,cross-sectional width 196 mm,width of running surface 185 mm,height of running surface 16 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 406 mm,bead width at rim seat 140 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0.425 5,pattern depth 73 mm,block/groove ratio 13.8%,number of pattern pitch 13.In construction design,the following processes were taken:using special tread compound of agriculture tire for paddy field,4 layers 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，Ф1 mm 19# bead wire,using the tire building machine to build tires and vertical press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that,the inflated dimension met the requirements of customers,and physical properties met the requirements of national standard. |
