| 介绍半钢精密纤维帘布压延生产线的结构和工作原理，并与原四辊压延生产线的生产线工作速度、辊筒排列形式、传动方式、调距装置、辊筒结构和轴承结构等方面进行对比。半钢精密纤维帘布压延生产线采用S形四辊压延机、多电机闭式传动、滚动轴承、钻孔式冷却、自动控制温度系统，辊筒变形补偿除辊筒中高度外还采用了预负荷、轴交叉和辊弯曲装置，另外还配有划气泡装置。半钢精密纤维帘布压延生产线除可更快地生产出质量更好的纤维帘布外，还能节约能量，降低生产成本。 |

| The structure and working principle of textile cord calender line were described.The working speed，roller arrangement form，transmission mode，roll setting gear，roller structure，bearing profile of new designed semi-steel high-precision textile cord calender line were compared with the original line.S type four-roll calender，closed multi-motor driver，rolling bearing，drilling cooler，automatic temperature control system，crown roll，preloading device，cross-axial design，roll bending device and automatic blister pricking device were developed for the new line.The new calender line could produce textile cord faster and better，with less energy and lower production cost. |
