      以11.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎为例,通过静负荷试验测量轮胎在充气压力为930 kPa、负荷为3 550 kg条件下的变形参数,同时利用哈尔滨工业大学开发的轮胎有限元分析专用软件TYSYS对轮胎胎肩部位带束层端点以及胎圈部位胎体帘布和胎圈加强层反包端点周围橡胶材料单元应变能进行计算,并结合轮胎使用过程中退赔轮胎质量缺陷统计,分析胎冠高度变化对轮胎受力变形和内部应力分布以及轮胎整体使用性能的影响。结果表明,静负荷试验结果与有限元模拟分析结果一致,均与实际使用中退赔轮胎的质量缺陷相对应。
英文摘要:
      Based on 11.00R20 TBR tire,the effect of cap height on tire distortion under load,inside stress distribution and usage properties was analyzed.The tire distortion parameters under the condition of 930 kPa and 3 550 kg through static load performance test were measured.The strain energy of rubber in the belt edge beside tire shoulder,the turn-up end of carcass ply and the bead cord beside the bead were calculated by using the special FEA software developed by Harbin Institute of Technology.The quality defects of compensation tire were also taken into consideration.The results showed that,the result of static load performance test matched with FEA simulation result,and both corresponded with the quality defects of compensation tire in application.
