| 介绍275/25ZR24 95W轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 748 mm，断面宽 285 mm，行驶面宽度 240 mm，行驶面弧度高 7.2 mm，胎圈着合直径 612.88 mm，胎圈着合宽度 266 mm，断面水平轴位置 0.955，采用仿生高速运动型花纹设计，花纹深度 8.8 mm。施工设计：胎面采用二方三块结构，胎体分别采用2层1440dtex/2聚酯帘布或1层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布，带束层采用2层2+2×0.30HT钢丝帘线，采用一步法成型机成型，双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，充气轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、静负荷性能、脱圈阻力和高速性能均符合相应设计和企业标准要求，耐久性能、低气压性能和高速性能良好。 |

| A design of 275/25ZR24 95W PCR tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 748 mm，cross sectional width 285 mm，width of running surface 240 mm，height of running surface 7.2 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 612.88 mm，bead width at rim seat 266 mm，cross-sectional level ratio 0.955，with the design of bionic pattern block for high-speed mobility，pattern depth 8.8 mm.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and three-piece extruded tread，2 layers 1440dtex/2 polyester cord or 1 layers 1400dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord for carcass ply，2 layers 2+2×0.30HT steel cord for belt ply，using single stage building machine to build tires，and using double mold shaping curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension，strength performance，static load capacity，bead unseating resistance and high speed performance met the requirements in the design and enterprise standard.The endurance performance，low air pressure and high speed performance were good. |
