研究轮胎结构和材料对跑气保用轮胎性能的影响。结果表明,跑气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶的最佳形状为月牙形,且支撑胶厚度尽可能小;轮胎胎面弧度设计最佳形状为外凸的弓形;胎体采用耐高温性能好、强度高的材料;带束层采用高强度钢丝帘线;支撑胶具有良好的支撑性能和低生热。 |

The influence of tire structure and material on the performance of run-flat tire was investigated.For sidewall support rubber,the optimal shape was crescent,and its thickness was crescent,and its thickness should be as small as possible;The optimal shape of tread curvature was convex arch.The compound with good high-temperature resistant and tenacity was used in carcass,and high strength steel cord was used in belt.Support rubber possessed good support performance and low heat build-up. |
