      研究3种粘合体系对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体钢丝粘合胶性能的影响。试验结果表明,单独使用钴盐粘合体系,癸酸钴用量以0.5和1份为宜;单独使用间-甲粘合体系,间苯二酚-80用量以1.25份、粘合剂RA用量以4和5份为宜;两种粘合体系配合使用进行配方优选,钴盐用量为0.5份,间苯二酚-80用量为1.25份,粘合剂RA用量为4份,胶料的各项性能达到最优。采用优选配方进行生产,胶料的工艺性能良好,成品轮胎耐久性能超过国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The effect of three adhesion systems on the properties of carcass ply steel cord bonding compound of TBR tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using cobalt salt adhesion system,the optimal addition level of cobalt decanoate was 0.5 and 1 phr;by using resorcinol formaldehyde adhesion system,the optimal addition level of resorcinol-80 was 1.25 phr and optimal level of adhesion RA was 4 or 5 phr;by using cobalt salt adhesion system and resorcinol formaldehyde adhesion system together,when the addition level of cobalt salt was 0.5 phr,resorcinol-80 was 1.25 phr,and adhesion RA was 4 phr,the properties of compound were optimized.Using the optimized formulation in production,the processibility of compound was good,and the endurance of the finished tire exceeded the requirements of national standards.
