| The simple mechanical method was applied to describe the relationship between static mechanics and geometric dimentions of carcass steel cord in all-steel radial tire，and to derive the formulas of the tension of carcass steel cord，radius of horizontal axis，section width，curvature radius and so on.The tension of carcass steel cord was only related to inflation pressure，radius at cap，radius at rim and number of cords.The tension of carcass steel cord at contact area decreased after the tire was loaded. |
