| 参照现有花纹轮胎的轮廓参数，对一种新花纹295/80R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的外轮廓进行设计，并采用轮胎专用有限元分析软件TYSYS对新花纹轮胎两种轮廓的材料分布图进行对比分析，以确定轮胎外轮廓设计中的一个重要参数——水平轴下断面高，优化轮廓设计。 |

| Based on the profile parameters of commercial tire，the outer profile of 295/80R22.5 tubeless TBR tire with new tread pattern was designed.An important parameter of outer profile design of tire——the section height under horizontal axle was defined，and the profile design was optimized，by comparatively analyzing the material distribution figure of two profiles using TYSYS finite element analysis software of tire. |
