中文摘要:
      试验研究不同分散剂在小规格全钢工程机械子午线轮胎和全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。结果表明,在胎面胶配方中加入1.5份分散剂FNS-78T,炭黑的分散性能提高,胎面的挤出性能显著改善,挤出胎面表面光滑、内部气孔数量明显减小;胶料的门尼粘度和压缩生热降低,其它物理性能和老化性能不受影响。
英文摘要:
      The application effect of different dispersers in the tread of small size all-steel OTR tire and TBR tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,by adding 1.5 phr disperser FNS-78T to the tread formula,the dispersibility of carbon black was improved,the extruding property of tread was improved significantly,the surface of the tread was smooth and the number of pores inside the tread was reduced,the Mooney viscosity and the compression heat build up of the compound were decreased, and other physical properties and aging property were not affected.
