      采用有限元分析方法分析不同结构设计方案对7.50R16轻型载重子午线轮胎力学性能的影响。结果表明,充气状态下,3层带束层(方案2)轮胎的第1带束层帘线受力远小于2层带束层(方案1)轮胎,但第2带束层受力大于方案1;加载状态下,方案2的第1和2带束层反包端点和胎体反包端点单元橡胶材料应力和应变能密度较方案1减小很多,但加强层反包端点单元橡胶材料的应力和应变能密度较方案1大;驱动和制动状态下,方案2的胎体反包端点单元橡胶材料应力和应变能密度较方案1略小,但加强层反包端点单元橡胶材料应力和应变能密度较方案1大;方案2的肩部力学性能更好。
英文摘要:
      The effect of different structure design schemes on mechanical properties of 7.50R16 radial light truck tire was investigated by FEA.The results showed that in inflation state,the first belt stress of three-belt ply tire(scheme 2) was far smaller than two-belt ply tire(scheme 1),but the second belt stress is larger than scheme 1;in loading status,the stress and strain energy density on the endpoint of the first belt,the second belt and carcass of scheme 2 were smaller than scheme 1,but the stress and strain energy density on the endpoint of the bead reinforcing strip were larger than scheme 1;in driving and braking status,the stress and strain energy density on the endpoint of carcass of scheme 2 were slightly smaller than scheme 1,but the stress and strain energy density on the endpoint of the bead reinforcing strip were larger than scheme 1;the mechanical properties of shoulder of scheme 2 was better.
