| A design of 1425×450-34 low profile tubeless OTR tire is described.In structure design，the following parameters are taken：overall diameter1 408 mm，cross sectional width 432 mm，non symmetrical design on sidewall， width of running surface 405 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 859 mm，pattern depth 55 mm.In construction design，the following processes are taken：8 layers 2100dtex/2 nylon 6 cord (6 layers V1+2 layers V2) for carcass ply，and 2 layers 1400dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply.Blend of SBR and NR is used for tread compound. The inflated overall dimension of finished tire meets the enterprise criteria，and the physical properties meet the requirements in the corresponding national standards. |
