      试验研究芳纶浸胶短纤维和预分散芳纶短纤维在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用效果。结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中加入芳纶浸胶短纤维,胶料的门尼焦烧时间接近或略长,t10延长, t90缩短,硫化胶的定伸应力增大,耐磨性能相当或提高,动态性能提高;加入预分散芳纶短纤维,胶料的门尼焦烧时间和t10缩短,t90延长,硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力增大,动态性能提高;加入1份芳纶浸胶短纤维的胶料综合性能较优。
英文摘要:
      The application of dipped aramid short fibre and predispersed aramid short fibre in TBR tire tread were experimentally investigated. The results showed that, by adding the dipped aramid short fibre in TBR tire tread, the Mooney scorch time of NR compound changed a little or extended, t10 extended,t90 reduced, modulus of NR vulcanizate increased, the wear resistance changed a little or improved, and the dynamic properties improved; by adding the predispersed aramid short fibre, the Mooney scorch time and t10 of NR compound reduced, t90 extended, Shore A hardness and modulus of NR vulcanizate increased, and the dynamic properties improved; excellent comprehensive performance of NR compound could be obtained by adding 1 phr of dipped aramid short fibre.
