      采用流体力学计算软件Fluent,在对销钉机筒冷喂料挤出机熔融段和输送段的胶料进行三维流动数值模拟的基础上,考察螺杆转速、反向压差、销钉数量和销钉排间距对单位质量流量的平均体积剪切速率(χ)和剪切速率均方差(S)的影响。结果表明,χ适宜作为评判剪切效果的参数,螺杆转速是影响剪切效果的显著因素;在螺杆转速高于20 r·min-1时,χ的变化具有规律性,S的变化趋势与小于20 r·min-1时相反。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of a 3D flow numerical simulation for the compound at the melting and conveying stages in cold feed pin barrel extruder by Fluent, the effects of screws rotating speed, upward pressure, pins count and array pitch of pin on the volume average shearing rate per unit mass flow(χ), and mean square deviation of strain rate(S) were investigated. The results showed that χ is sui-table for assessing shearing effect, and the main influential factor on shearing effect was the rotating speed of screw. When the speed was larger than 20 r·min-1χcontinued to change regularly; but S changed in reverse trend compared with that when speed was smaller than 20 r·min-1.
