      建立205/55R16轮胎有限元分析模型,利用现有材料库中的材料参数,采用ABAQUS软件提供的轮胎结构力学有限元分析解决方案,模拟和分析了205/55R16轮胎在装配/充气、静负荷和稳态滚动等工况下的变形特征。部分模拟结果与实测数据进行了比较,可以达到工程要求。
英文摘要:
      A finite element model for 205/55R16 PCR tire was proposed, and current material parameters and tire structure mechanics modeling methods in ABAQUS software were used to simulate and examine the deformation characters in some cases, including mounting/inflating, static loading and steady rolling. The comparison of parts of simulation results with measured data showed that the FEA model met tire design need.
