介绍38×15.5R15 AT405无内胎半钢子午线轮胎的结构设计及生产工艺。采用5°裁断角度胎体帘布有效解决了0°裁断角度胎体帘布导致的轮胎充气后胎体帘布接头处凹痕问题,对成型工艺进行控制后轮胎的均匀性一次谐波径向力波动值合格率从55%提高到90%;成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度、耐久性能和高速性能均符合设计要求。 |

The structure design and processing technology of 38×15.5R15 AT405 tubeless steel-belted tire were described.The cave at the carcass ply connection was eliminated by using 5° cutting angle instead of 0°,the acceptance rate of the first harmonic radial force vibration was improved from 55% to 90% by controlled building process;the overall diameter,strength,endurance and speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of design. |
